Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Alternance Materials Purchasing Coordinator (work‑study) to support packaging procurement across glass, metal‑plastic and carton.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Materials Purchasing Managers across three material families (glass, metal‑plastic, carton) for LVMH Parfums & Cosmetics Houses including data consolidation, monthly spend reporting and preparation of buyer/supplier/management presentations.
  • Maintain and update supplier performance KPIs (OTIF, quality, RFA) and compile biannual consumption reports (e.g., carton tonnage).
  • Administer supplier accounts and documentation in SAP: ensure supplier account harmonization, manage electronic distribution and signature of Codes of Conduct, NDAs and commercial contracts.
  • Keep the Concerto Purchasing portal current as a living database and support ad hoc procurement or cross‑functional purchasing projects as assigned.
  • Support implementation of responsible purchasing policy: monitor supplier CSR (RSE) evaluations, assist with social and environmental audit plans and contribute to the packaging eco‑design roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme with a specialisation in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational rigor, initiative and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis and clear reporting.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
