Role & Responsibilities
- Execute complete garment assembly across collections, prototypes, and VIP commissions according to design specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with pattern-makers, designers, cutters, and workshop supervisors to interpret artistic drawings and technical documentation
- Perform machine and hand-finishing operations on diverse materials including fabric, leather, and fur with integrated components
- Conduct garment adjustments and refinements following fittings and design reviews
- Propose technical solutions to enhance manufacturing feasibility and final quality outcomes
- Maintain adherence to luxury craftsmanship standards, cutting precision, and finishing requirements unique to the Maison
- Meet production deadlines and collection timelines as directed by workshop leadership
- Mentor apprentices, new team members, and junior seamstresses in traditional techniques and brand standards
Qualifications
- Mastery of industrial sewing machines (flat-seamer, overlock, steam press)

Experience

Education
CAP, BEP, or Bac professionnel in Fashion Métiers, Clothing, or equivalent qualification.
