Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive range of luxury spa massage treatments in strict accordance with spa protocols and standards
- Provide personalized skincare recommendations and product consultations tailored to guest needs and preferences
- Greet and welcome spa guests, explaining treatment processes and customizing services based on individual health profiles and contraindications
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards in treatment rooms, ensuring all spaces are organized and welcoming
- Clean, sterilize, and properly maintain all spa equipment and therapeutic tools
- Review and update guest profile documentation to ensure treatments address specific requirements and health considerations
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and service knowledge to assist guests with informed decisions on spa offerings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all client information and preferences
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting stock requirements and equipment maintenance needs to management
- Communicate operational observations and any client or staff concerns requiring attention to spa leadership

Qualifications
- New York State Massage Therapy License (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional massage therapy experience in a luxury spa or high-end skincare environment
- Expert mastery of diverse massage techniques and therapeutic modalities
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury service standards and hospitality protocols
- Familiarity with high-tech spa treatment devices and contemporary wellness technology (advantageous)
