Christian Dior Couture seeks a Massage Therapist in New York (part‑time, on‑site) to deliver luxury spa treatments at the House of Dior.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of luxury massage and body treatments in accordance with Dior Spa protocols and high service standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, review guest profiles, assess contraindications and customise treatments accordingly.
- Advise guests on skincare treatments and product recommendations drawn from the spa menu and Dior product portfolio.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene: clean and sterilise tools and treatment rooms, and ensure all back‑of‑house areas are orderly.
- Monitor stock levels and spa equipment; report maintenance, repair or supply issues to spa management.
- Greet guests, explain the spa experience, preserve confidentiality and provide discreet, empathetic service.
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, and communicate operational needs or incidents to management.
Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy certification; New York State Massage Therapy License preferred.
- Minimum three years' professional experience as a massage therapist in a luxury spa, hotel or premium skincare environment.
- Demonstrable mastery of core massage techniques and familiarity with spa treatment protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards and product knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, discretion, empathy and attention to detail; proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Minimum three years' experience working as a massage therapist in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand.
Education
Completion of accredited massage therapy training or diploma; professional licensure/certification required (NYS license preferred).
