Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing and Digital teams to implement and localize international marketing strategy, including product launches, trade and e‑trade plans, communication and CRM initiatives across Poland.
- Execute, track and optimise local marketing plans across all channels (brick & mortar, e‑retail and direct‑to‑consumer) ensuring adherence to Dior brand standards.
- Create and prepare marketing materials and technical deliverables (PR & merchandising assets, online product listings, labelling) and contribute to digital and CRM actions in line with international guidelines.
- Coordinate market and competitor research and deliver regular reporting and analysis (brand and competition, online and offline).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, logistics, training, merchandising, store management, regional marketing and digital teams) and manage relationships with external partners (media agencies, digital suppliers, bloggers, retailers).
- Assist with organisation of events and meetings (retailer conferences, strategy meetings) and manage diverse administrative and follow‑up tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow up on ongoing actions.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills; strong attention to high‑end quality of execution.
- Motivated, creative, open‑minded and able to build constructive relationships with stakeholders.

Entry‑level (beginner). Relevant previous experience or internships within a Marketing department or in beauty/fashion retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
