Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Marketing Operations Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support European beauty product launches and market analysis in a full-time six-month role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance tracking for Makeup and Skincare franchises across the European region
- Monitor sell-out performance across European markets and produce monthly analytical reports on brand and competitor performance metrics
- Develop comprehensive launch assessments and execute 360° activation campaigns while tracking best practices across country markets
- Provide daily operational support to European country teams in managing launch deployment and responding to tactical marketing requirements
- Collaborate with the European team on the development and rollout of Services-related initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing from a recognized business school or university
- Demonstrated passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors with proven experience in operational marketing
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with market research panels such as Circana
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Power BI

Experience
Undergraduate or early-career professional seeking challenging internship placement; prior experience in marketing operations within the cosmetics or luxury sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree (or equivalent final-year enrolment) in Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing from a recognized institution. Specialization in Marketing or related field is preferred.
