Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative competitor analysis by gathering feedback from store teams and tracking new product launches to share key market insights with the broader marketing department
- Build detailed reports on competitor launches and update tracking documents on pricing and brand positioning for Dior fragrance products
- Execute a minimum of one store visit per week in London to monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Contribute to the development of local marketing strategies and creative concepts for new fragrance launches and brand activations
- Prepare comprehensive 360-degree marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders for pre-launch planning and post-launch reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and produce diverse marketing materials including launch collateral, newsletters, training materials, and point-of-sale assets within brand guidelines, timing, and budget constraints
- Attend photography shoots for new product launches to direct photographers and ensure quality of imagery for internal use
- Develop and deliver communications to field teams ahead of launches to equip retail partners with necessary support materials and information
- Serve as the primary contact for raising purchase orders and consistently track local budget expenditure for all fragrance marketing activities
- Coordinate monthly budget reconciliations for all non-saleable marketing materials

- Previous experience in the beauty industry (desirable but not mandatory)
