Christian Dior Couture seeks a Marketing Intern in Amsterdam for a full‑time, on‑site internship in CRM, events and client development (start 01/06/2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support CRM and database activities: prepare weekly and quarterly reporting for boutiques and Sales Assistants, perform data extractions, layout reports and analyse datasets to produce actionable insights.
- Provide first‑line support to local boutiques on database enquiries and reporting requests.
- Coordinate retail events end‑to‑end: source and negotiate with suppliers, produce event proposals, manage logistics from set‑up to teardown in Amsterdam, and compile post‑event reporting and learnings.
- Manage event budgets and purchasing orders, liaising with Accounting and Finance for approvals and follow‑up.
- Organize client development initiatives and local client experiences (birthday packs, wedding gifts, client gifts dispatch and tracking), and support hospitality programmes for fashion shows and international events (hotel and chauffeur bookings, order follow‑up).
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship; eligible candidates are current Master’s students in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Fluent English (C1+); proficiency in Dutch, French, Swedish or Norwegian is an asset.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work agilely in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, solution‑driven and collaborative.

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or coursework in marketing, retail events, CRM or data analysis are advantageous. Candidate must be available full‑time and on‑site for the internship period.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s degree programme in Business, Marketing or Communications for the entire length of the internship.
