Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor the budget for marketing services, including brand management, media creation, and artistic direction.
  • Lead the budgeting process, validating key assumptions, challenging budget submissions, and presenting to management.
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews, managing closures with accounting, forecasting cash flows, and analyzing budget variances.
  • Alert management to budget overruns and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly reports on expenses and key indicators.
  • Conduct business reviews with executive management and department heads.
  • Drive projects to improve financial tools and processes, including automation initiatives.
  • Enhance reporting and budgeting tools, such as PowerBI and Anaplan, and refine procedures.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and cost control improvement projects.
  • Regularly interact with executive management, department directors, and various teams to ensure budget alignment and financial oversight.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's level) in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or auditing.

Skills

Proficiency in financial management tools, including Excel and SAP. Familiarity with PowerBI or Anaplan is advantageous. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in financial control or audit, with a strong foundation in budget management and financial analysis.

Education

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
