Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a collaborative support network ensuring visual merchandising works—installations, rotations, and maintenance—function as coordinated team efforts across all three boutiques
  • Develop strategic preplanning processes that align key stakeholders, including the Regional Retail Manager, Store Directors, Category Managers, and Operations teams
  • Execute visual initiatives including collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event set-ups across Women's, Men's, Fine Jewelry & Watches categories
  • Cultivate a culture where brand integrity becomes a shared responsibility by establishing systems and structures for display maintenance with exceptional attention to detail and accountability
  • Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all involved teams to ensure full organizational visibility
  • Lead morning walk-throughs and participate in display audits to foster ownership, alignment, and prompt remediation of merchandising concerns
  • Develop and maintain close partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders across all merchandising universes
  • Support other regions for special events, pop-ups, and store openings as operational capacity permits
  • Manage and organize display props and materials with meticulous care, ensuring inventory accuracy and optimal maintenance protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated track record of maintaining brand standards
  • Proven ability to develop, train, and lead teams across multiple locations
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from corporate headquarters to retail personnel
  • Comprehensive understanding of luxury brand image and Christian Dior's aesthetic standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
