Christian Dior Couture seeks Manager, Visual Merchandising in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lead visual strategy across luxury boutiques with 5+ years retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain collaborative networks with Regional Retail Managers, Store Directors, Category Managers, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising installations, rotations, and maintenance across multiple boutique locations
  • Plan and implement visual presentations across all product universes including Women's, Men's, Fine Jewelry, and Watches for collection launches, seasonal rotations, business initiatives, and in-store events
  • Establish and communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and strategic planning to all stakeholders with full visibility and accountability
  • Cultivate brand ownership culture by developing systems and processes for display maintenance with meticulous attention to detail and clear accountability mechanisms
  • Conduct walk-throughs of displays, participate in morning meetings, and address merchandising concerns to accommodate corporate directives while maintaining operational excellence
  • Partner with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders to ensure alignment with brand vision and creative direction
  • Oversee prop handling, care, and inventory management to ensure organizational efficiency and asset maintenance
  • Support special projects including events, pop-ups, and store openings in other regions when capacity allows

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain brand integrity standards
  • Proven experience developing and training teams in a multi-location retail environment
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from headquarters through corporate to retail operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual presentation strategy and implementation
  • Ability to adapt approach based on individual store dynamics and business priorities

Experience
