Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Temporary) in New York to support North America P&L, forecasting and financial analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support financial reporting and performance management for the U.S. and Canada markets, delivering detailed analysis and month‑to‑month monitoring of P&L and balance sheet drivers.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, latest estimates and long‑range financial planning; produce timely forecasts and variance analyses for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide decision support and business partnership across commercial and operational teams through ROI, profitability and scenario analyses (including omnichannel/customer/category/door views).
  • Monitor and report on key financial KPIs and expenditure to ensure alignment with profitability targets and strategic objectives.
  • Support month‑end close activities and collaborate with Accounting, Finance leadership and Internal Control teams to ensure compliance with processes and policies.
  • Assist internal and external audit requests related to FP&A and escalate identified financial or operational risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools through automation, digitalization and adoption of best practices; contribute to a high‑performance finance culture.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related accounting/finance roles supporting P&L ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred (including degree in progress).
  • Proven ability to partner with senior commercial stakeholders and translate analysis into clear, decision‑oriented recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of month‑end close, balance sheet drivers and internal control requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking and ROI evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; capacity to lead with audacity and collaborate across functions.
  • Highly numerate, detail oriented and adaptable to a fast‑paced, change‑focused environment.
