Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive celebrity, VIP and talent engagement strategies that align with global brand initiatives and drive desirability.
- Cultivate and sustain high-level relationships with A-list talent, stylists, agents and management teams; personally oversee celebrity stylings, fittings and appearances.
- Secure strategic placements across film, television, music and cultural moments, and proactively identify brand integration opportunities.
- Manage editorial partnerships: pitch features, coordinate product loans and photoshoots, and negotiate logistics for high-value samples.
- Oversee editorial and VIP tagging, establish tracking processes and produce monthly reports and seasonal recaps analysing KPIs and competitive activity.
- Maintain meticulous digital and physical records (contacts, press clippings, project documentation) and ensure showroom standards and sample accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising and Global PR to support integrated campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
- Mentor and potentially supervise junior team members, ensuring professional development and adherence to brand standards while exercising discretion with sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in high-end fashion public relations with a strong emphasis on entertainment relations and celebrity engagement.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining trust-based relationships with A-list talent, stylists and top-tier media.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that measurably increase brand visibility within entertainment and editorial channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Impeccable judgment, discretion and professionalism when engaging with high-profile individuals and handling confidential information.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury or high-end fashion public relations with demonstrable expertise in entertainment relations, celebrity styling, and editorial collaborations. Prior experience working within a Maison or comparable luxury brand environment is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
