Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the digital public relations strategy to enhance brand equity and accelerate retail and e-commerce growth
- Partner directly with global communications teams in Paris to localize and execute global strategies across North American markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with advertising, merchandising, e-commerce, and events teams to ensure cohesive brand narrative alignment with seasonal initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key editors, journalists, stylists, and digital media platforms across top-tier outlets
- Secure premium editorial coverage, features, and brand profiling that align with the Maison's positioning and seasonal storytelling
- Manage proactive and reactive media pitching, directing strategic outreach initiatives
- Oversee the management of digital assets, press collateral, and brand communication tools across all product categories
- Manage press samples, loan requests, and sample tracking for editorial shoots and digital projects
- Draft press texts, talking points, and media alerts reflecting the brand's tone of voice and editorial guidelines
- Direct the analysis and distribution of daily, weekly, and campaign-level digital press impact reports
- Monitor, analyze, and report on press coverage and campaign performance, utilizing media monitoring tools to calculate Earned Media Value (EMV) and share of voice metrics
- Monitor competitor activity, cultural trends, and industry shifts to conceptualize innovative press initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of public relations experience within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sector, with heavy emphasis on Digital PR and communications
