Christian Dior Couture seeks a 6-month Management Control Intern in Paris to support financial operations and analysis within the luxury fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support central cost management control activities across e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, general services, HR, IT, and Dior Maison divisions
- Perform monthly financial closure procedures including intercompany transactions, provisions analysis, and variance reporting against prior year and budget
- Monitor key financial indicators monthly and alert management to identified risks and opportunities
- Contribute to annual budget and revised forecast construction, including stakeholder meetings, data analysis, and reporting
- Develop and document procedural improvements and optimize financial working tools and spreadsheet models
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects and execute targeted financial studies as requested by Finance and General Management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a business school or engineering institution
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Sound foundational knowledge of accounting principles
- Demonstrated analytical capability and business curiosity
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Collaborative team orientation
