Christian Dior Couture (Paris) seeks a Management Control Assistant — Embroideries (alternance) to support finance, monthly closes and reporting within Maison Vermont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute monthly accounting closes: review invoicing, post entries and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Prepare provisions for revenue and operating expenses and ensure analytical accounting controls and reconciliations.
- Produce recurring reporting (revenue, P&L, cash) and upload reports into the consolidation tool Syrus; draft a monthly note for management.
- Prepare quarterly balance and CapEx reports and contribute to the annual management report.
- Participate in budgeting and reforecasting cycles (revenue, P&L, balance sheet, CapEx, cash) including monthly phasing.
- Support commercial finance operations: client and supplier setup, sales orders and quotations, delivery follow‑up and invoicing.
- Manage operational tasks: inventory and stored-purchase controls, participation in annual inventories, tracking sample hours and subcontracting costs (India).
- Act as finance business partner for Vermont teams (atelier, production, studio, administration) and liaise with external accounting firm and statutory auditors.
- Perform administrative follow-ups with clients and handle ad-hoc finance requests from Dior (Tax, Treasury, Consolidation).
- Draft and improve finance procedures, tools and files; contribute to projects such as upcoming e‑invoicing implementation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's-level program in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- First internship or introductory professional experience in finance, controlling or reporting.
- Professional command of French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; collaborative team spirit.
- Robust knowledge of finance and accounting principles and analytical mindset.
- Curious, engaged and solution-oriented with attention to detail.

Entry-level: a first internship or initial experience in finance, management control or financial reporting is expected.
Education
Master's-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related discipline (in progress) — eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
