Christian Dior Couture seeks a Management Accounting Intern to join the Finance team in Paris for a 6-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support key financial projects and execute ad hoc analyses requested by the Financial and General Directorate
- Manage closing procedures including intercompany transactions, provisions, and variance analysis against prior year and budget
- Monitor communication cost categories (pop-ups, visual merchandising, campaigns, events) and identify savings opportunities and budget overruns
- Collaborate with operational teams on budget construction and revised forecasts
- Develop and enhance control procedures and continuously improve working tools and spreadsheet frameworks
- Oversee the Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan zone coverage (SOP management and closing procedures)
- Prepare monthly reporting books through consolidation of Dior data in collaboration with regional controllers
- Act as liaison between finance and operational teams throughout the budgeting and closing cycles
Qualifications
- Current student at a business or engineering school
- Professional English proficiency
- Sound accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and information systems
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Demonstrated proactivity and teamwork orientation
- Prior experience in audit, financial consulting, or management accounting (preferred)
