Parfums Christian Dior seeks Management Accounting Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France for January 2027, covering 23 European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly close reviews including revenue (J+1) and P&L analysis (J+4), preparing operational and CODIR Europe reporting while monitoring and analysing expenditure in line with efficiency strategy
  • Support consolidated budget and revised forecasts, including data analysis and presentation preparation for senior management, with integration across multiple financial systems
  • Develop three-month sales forecasting reports and coordinate with commercial and financial teams across local markets to analyse variance and business alignment
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance analyses by country, cost type, or retail channel at the European level; monitor investment projects including boutique openings and point-of-sale investments; track direct business performance across Dior.com, boutiques, and department store counters; monitor cosmetics market trends and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's programme in Business School or University with specialization in Finance
  • Passionate about the cosmetics and luxury sectors with demonstrated prior experience in management accounting
  • Advanced proficiency with financial software including SAP and Essabase; expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Organized, methodical, and collaborative with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
