Christian Dior Parfums seeks a Management Accountant in Paris to oversee G&A consolidation and cost analysis for international distribution markets. On-site role, full-time, CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot, consolidate, and challenge G&A costs (IT and HR included) for BPC subsidiaries across all budgetary phases: annual budget, revisions (R1, R2), three-year plans, and actuals
- Prepare and analyze reporting via Excel, Syrus (LVMH group consolidation tool), and Power BI, ensuring data reliability and variance analysis (Source of Change documentation)
- Track and analyze BPC CAPEX in coordination with market teams and Beauty Tech functions
- Establish and maintain global G&A bridge (Source of Change) and ensure quality of all analyses
- Participate in Business Reviews and develop comprehensive analyses and presentations for senior management and governance bodies
- Maintain and enhance Power BI databases, reports, and reporting files to optimize efficiency and quality of control processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and rationalization of management accounting and reporting procedures
- Participate in organizing the annual international seminar for the BPC subsidiary community
- Conduct ad hoc studies, relevant analyses, and benchmarking exercises between reporting cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, finance, or management accounting
- Minimum 5 years of management accounting or audit firm experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with demonstrated expertise in complex financial modeling
- Advanced Power BI and Power Query capabilities
- Fluent English (essential for international environment)
- Proven experience within an industrial and commercial enterprise
- Strong command of financial techniques with acute numerical acumen
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management accounting, financial consolidation, or audit advisory within industrial and commercial environments, with demonstrated expertise in multi-entity financial oversight and international business processes.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, finance, accounting, or management control from an accredited business school or equivalent qualification.
