Christian Dior Makeup Training Manager
Parfums Christian Dior in Shanghai seeks a Makeup Training Manager to lead regional makeup education, curriculum localization and trainer development.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, localize and maintain makeup training curricula and courseware derived from global headquarters materials while preserving brand DNA and artistic standards.
- Deliver inspiring, hands‑on makeup training sessions and masterclasses for Makeup Artists (MUAs) and Beauty Consultants across retail and VIP channels.
- Standardize and digitize technical training assets, implementing LMS and micro‑learning solutions to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
- Translate retail and color performance data (Key 15 Door, SKUs, AUS, IPT, sales conversion) into prioritized training interventions and launch support.
- Coach, assess and certify regional MUAs and junior trainers; build succession pipelines and advanced development programs for high‑potential talent.
- Coordinate with headquarters, Area Trainers, Sales, Marketing and PR to align training calendars with product launches, events and commercial priorities.
- Manage end‑to‑end training projects (needs analysis, content development, execution, post‑event evaluation) including Makeup Competitions, masterclasses and roadshows.
- Produce monthly training effectiveness reports correlating learning metrics (coverage, assessment pass rates, Training NPS) with commercial KPIs and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of training experience within the luxury beauty or fragrance sector, including team coordination or project leadership.
- Proven track record in establishing training systems and managing end‑to‑end learning projects.
- Demonstrable experience with digital learning tools (LMS, micro‑learning) and courseware localization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration experience with Sales and Marketing.

Experience
At least 5 years of professional training experience in luxury beauty or fragrance, with proven leadership in program design, trainer development and cross‑regional project delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above.
