Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Makeup Product Development and Industrialization Intern in its Makeup Innovation department in Orléans. The intern will support the development and industrialization of makeup products from concept to production, working across Research & Innovation, Quality, and manufacturing; this is a full-time, six-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help develop and optimize new forming processes for makeup products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and identify suitable technical solutions.
- Help ensure a secure transition from prototype to industrial production.
- Support project follow-up from industrial trials through production launch.
- Analyze trial results and help establish action plans.
- Work with various stakeholders and help monitor project milestones and risks.
- Create and enhance project tracking tools and performance indicators.
- Analyze data to support project management and decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s methods and tools.
Qualifications
- Preparing a master's-level degree (Bac+5), ideally at a general engineering school or with a specialization in process engineering.
- Has a solid foundation in process engineering and a good understanding of industrial environments.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in makeup, manufacturing processes, and industrial equipment.
- Is rigorous, precise, and organized, with analytical skills and a strong focus on the quality of proposed technical solutions.
