Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare planogram update briefs aligned with the marketing calendar and the brand's strategic priorities
- Develop operational guidelines for market teams regarding planogram implementations
- Provide market support on all operational planogram-related questions
- Develop new permanent merchandising concepts in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Operational Marketing, and Product Development teams
- Optimize existing permanent merchandising solutions in coordination with key stakeholders such as Product Development, Visual Merchandising, Purchasing, and Planning
- Conduct ongoing field monitoring and insights gathering
- Recommend annual Visual Merchandising plans by region aligned with the marketing calendar and strategic brand priorities
- Elaborate guidelines for updating Visual Merchandising elements at point-of-sale, including lightboxes, outposts, and video loops
- Provide on-the-ground support to local market teams for Visual Merchandising implementations
