Maison Manager at Dior Hamburg – Lead luxury boutique operations, manage premium retail team, and drive CRM clientelling initiatives at an Alsterhaus counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the boutique counter independently, directing team motivation, development, and staffing planning aligned with retail KPIs and sales targets
- Deliver professional, personalized client consultations in accordance with Dior guidelines and brand standards
- Build and nurture a robust, exclusive clientele base through strategic relationship development
- Expand and actively manage the CRM database; execute and monitor clientelling and CRM initiatives
- Model exemplary service excellence and customer-centric thinking to inspire and guide the team
- Conduct regular performance reporting, competitive intelligence gathering, and trend analysis
- Oversee stockroom management and coordinate inventory and assortment decisions with back-office operations
Qualifications
- Commercial training in retail or equivalent trade-related qualification
- Multiple years of professional experience in premium or luxury retail environments
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performance store teams
- Extensive background developing and nurturing strong CRM networks and client bases
- Comprehensive understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets
- Fluent German and English; proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret KPIs and derive actionable measures
- Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication capabilities
