Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on traditional and automated production equipment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Diagnose equipment failures, execute repairs and coordinate external specialists when necessary.
- Develop, implement and update preventive maintenance procedures and maintenance ranges for production tools.
- Record interventions and maintain accuracy of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (GMAO).
- Manage and participate in the control of spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
- Draft operating procedures, safety instructions and contribute to technical documentation.
- Propose and drive continuous improvement actions to enhance equipment safety and operational performance.
- Advise and train equipment users on correct operation and basic maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in industrial maintenance, production systems or equivalent technical diploma.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in an industrial maintenance role on production equipment.
- Familiarity with robotic maintenance or CNC programming (CN FANUC and Robot FANUC) is a strong advantage.
- Ideally holds electrical authorization (habilitation électrique) and CACES 3; training can be provided if absent.
- Organized, rigorous, service-oriented and comfortable working collaboratively across functions.
- Proficient with standard office tools and maintenance management systems.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or production equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance; experience with robotic systems and CNC (FANUC) is desirable.
Education
Associate degree (Bac+2) in Industrial Maintenance, Production Systems, or equivalent technical qualification.
