Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for buildings, handling systems and equipment across the Blois logistics site to ensure continuous operational availability.
- Install, adjust, upgrade and commission mechanical, electromechanical and automated equipment, including conveyors and material‑handling assets.
- Diagnose faults, perform on-site repairs, replace defective components and recommend durable technical solutions to recurring failures; maintain a stock of critical spare parts.
- Prepare technical intervention reports, update the CMMS (GMAO) and contribute to the site maintenance dossier and documentation.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors: welcome, monitor quality of work, ensure compliance with site safety and environmental rules and participate in prevention plans.
- Support operational teams by providing technical assistance and user training; act as first responder in crisis situations affecting activity or safety.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects by sharing technical expertise and proposing enhancements to maintenance plans and procedures.
- Perform general facilities upkeep: minor renovations, furniture and premises maintenance, fleet follow‑up (site vehicles, forklifts), and assist with moves or room set‑ups when required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in maintenance, electromechanics or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience within a distribution platform, industrial environment or multisite operation.
- Electrical authorizations: H1B1 / Manœuvre / BR (or equivalent local electrical permits).
- Proven mastery of a CMMS/GMAO for work orders and maintenance planning.
- Training for aerial work platforms (nacelle) desired; basic TIG welding competence and familiarity with photovoltaic systems are advantageous.

At least 5 years' hands-on maintenance experience in a distribution centre, industrial plant or multisite organisation, with responsibility for mechanical, electromechanical and automated systems.
Education
Bac+2 (Associate degree) in maintenance, electromechanics or equivalent technical qualification.
