Christian Dior Couture seeks a Maintenance Technician — Facilities in Blois, France. CDI full-time role at the Blois logistics site, shift work (2x8) and rotating Saturday on‑call.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of buildings, handling systems and technical equipment across the Blois logistics site.
- Diagnose failures, perform repairs, replace defective components and guarantee continuous availability of conveyors and material-handling equipment.
- Install, adjust and upgrade machinery and installations; draft technical intervention sheets and document work in the GMAO (CMMS).
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans, analyse recurring faults and propose long-term corrective solutions and spare parts stocking.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors, validate quotes, enforce site health, safety and environmental standards, and contribute to prevention plans.
- Provide technical support to operational teams, train users, and act as first responder during crises or incidents affecting activity or safety.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, continuous-improvement initiatives and audits of conformity and safety for building infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Two-year technical diploma (Bac+2) in maintenance or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance within a distribution platform, industrial environment or multisite organisation.
- Electrical authorisations: H1B1 and electrical manœuvre/BR (or equivalent) required; MEWP (nacelle) training desirable.
- Proven knowledge of mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Experience with GMAO (CMMS) and maintenance documentation; familiarity with photovoltaic installations and TIG welding is desirable.
- Methodical, rigorous, strong analytical skills, service‑oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team.
