Role & Responsibilities
- Intervene directly on the programming and optimization of automated equipment (automation systems, vision systems, robotics) to enhance performance and adapt to production requirements
- Conduct detailed diagnostics and resolve malfunctions on complex automated production systems, ensuring continuity of operations
- Document all maintenance interventions in the GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to support knowledge retention and process improvement
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment longevity and production reliability
- Participate in project teams for testing of new product formats and packaging configurations
- Identify and propose concrete actions for continuous process and equipment optimization
