- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in technical and industrial environments.

- Initiative and proactive attitude.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners in the field.
Education
Currently pursuing a BTS CRSA or equivalent Bac+2 in industrial maintenance.
