Dior Parfums seeks a Maintenance and Works Support Intern for its Île-de-France headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and planning maintenance interventions and capital improvement projects
- Contribute to budgetary tracking of maintenance and investment expenses
- Participate in research and coordination of design actions for new investment projects
- Support the management of activities and priorities with security, prevention, logistics, and general services teams
- Supervise vendor actions and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
- Participate in developing and monitoring performance dashboards
- Manage documentation related to maintenance and construction activities
- Monitor technical and regulatory compliance standards for facility systems
- Prepare monthly and annual activity summaries and reports
- Communicate with colleagues and departments regarding ongoing operations
- Support management of potential property-related insurance claims
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in civil engineering, industrial maintenance, technical project management, or related field
