Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve and advise clients consistently to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- Develop and deepen client relationships through a personalised, one-to-one clienteling approach and follow-up.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories and remain aware of current marketing campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Propose add-on sales to maximise transaction value and meet individual and departmental sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management when required.
- Monitor and contribute to daily and weekly boutique sales performance and targets.
- Execute stock management procedures, including receiving, replenishment and inventory control.
- Operate selling systems and perform cash, credit and exchange transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain exemplary housekeeping, visual standards and displays within the boutique.
- Apply loss-prevention and security measures to safeguard product and minimise shrinkage.
- Participate proactively in team meetings and undertake additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships; an existing client book is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and passion for the Christian Dior brand and collections.
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) with flexible availability across Monday–Sunday.
- Fluency in a second language preferred.

Education
Secondary education (GCSE/A-level or equivalent). Formal retail or luxury sales training and certifications are advantageous.
