Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Logistic Manager and the central Supply Chain team in defining and drafting operational standards for delivery and shipment control.
- Develop a standardized procedure and checklist for invoicing and billing verification.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and extract key data elements required for the project.
- Design and maintain templates, checklists and documentation to ensure consistent and auditable verification processes.
- Assist in the rollout, training and adoption of the new control system to ensure efficient and traceable usage.
- Perform basic data analysis on collected metrics to detect inefficiencies, anomalies and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare concise progress reports and clear summaries of analysis results for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, management, statistics, mathematics or a closely related discipline.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Basic knowledge of or strong interest in developing skills with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
