Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Logistic Manager and the central Supply Chain team in defining and drafting operational standards for delivery and shipment control.
  • Develop a standardized procedure and checklist for invoicing and billing verification.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and extract key data elements required for the project.
  • Design and maintain templates, checklists and documentation to ensure consistent and auditable verification processes.
  • Assist in the rollout, training and adoption of the new control system to ensure efficient and traceable usage.
  • Perform basic data analysis on collected metrics to detect inefficiencies, anomalies and areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare concise progress reports and clear summaries of analysis results for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, management, statistics, mathematics or a closely related discipline.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Basic knowledge of or strong interest in developing skills with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
