LVMH Beauty (Parfums Christian Dior) in New York seeks a Logistics Systems Lead to drive WMS, integrations and Supply Chain 2030 IT initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT lead for Supply Chain 2030 initiatives across the Americas, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving implementation of best-in-class logistics solutions.
  • Gather, analyze and translate complex logistics business requirements into detailed specifications and scalable technical solutions (WMS, WCS, 3PL integrations).
  • Own change-request management: define solution options with stakeholders, manage timelines, oversee UAT and coordinate deployments to production.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics systems support team; proactively identify, analyze and resolve production incidents while implementing measures to improve system stability and performance.
  • Drive implementation of new modules and applications in response to market and strategic requirements, acting as a technology partner to logistics business users.
  • Champion process standardization, data harmonization and documentation across logistics IT projects, promoting Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic reporting and data-driven recommendations to program leadership on project status, risks, and domain performance.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert and mentor for all logistics business applications, fostering knowledge transfer and adoption across the IS community.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Logistics IT management with hands-on responsibility for WMS implementations and support.
  • Proven expertise in warehouse processes management across B2B, B2C and e-commerce channels in a high-volume, multi-brand retail environment.
  • Practical experience with Manhattan Scale or equivalent WMS platforms; familiarity with WCS and 3PL integrations preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; professional command of Spanish and/or French is an advantage.
