Christian Dior Couture seeks a Logistics Project Manager in Paris to lead strategic transformation initiatives across international distribution centers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot international logistics transformation projects from scoping through operational deployment, conducting business analysis, formalizing processes, and drafting functional specifications
- Lead testing phases (UAT), support teams in adopting new processes and tools, and oversee solution deployment to production
- Ensure timeline compliance, milestone tracking, and risk management whilst coordinating project governance forums (COPROJ, COPIL)
- Define, evolve, and deploy the Core Model Logistics across central and regional distribution centers, ensuring consistency of processes, tools, and practices at the global scale
- Analyze gaps between local practices and target standards, propose relevant adaptations, and formalize integration into the Core Model
- Contribute to continuous improvement by capitalizing on field feedback and disseminating global standards
- Coordinate regional engagement with local logistics leadership to track project progress and ensure alignment with global priorities
- Facilitate structured forums (monthly meetings), structure discussions around key performance indicators (productivity, fill rate), and drive associated action plans in coordination with local teams
- Analyze distribution center performance, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and produce clear, decision-oriented summaries for governance forums
- Prepare and disseminate communications to teams at each project phase
- Formalize operational procedures and training materials, ensuring deployment to all relevant teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent university qualification, preferably with specialization in logistics
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an international environment
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management and animation
- Strong knowledge of logistics flows in export operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA macro programming), PowerBI, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, ideally SAP and Reflex Web
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with strong formalization skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities with strong observation and adaptability
- Rigorous, organized, agile, and responsive approach to work
- Bilingual English (written and oral)

Minimum 5 years of project management experience within an international environment, with demonstrated expertise in cross-functional project animation, logistics flow management in large-scale export operations, and proficiency with information technology systems and tools.
