Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end international logistics transformation projects from scoping through operational deployment, including business needs analysis, process formalization, and functional specifications documentation
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, support team adoption of new processes and systems, and manage solution deployment into production environments
- Ensure project timeline compliance, milestone tracking, and risk management through governance forums (COPROJ, COPIL)
- Define, evolve, and deploy the Core Model Logistics framework across central and regional distribution centers, ensuring process consistency, system standardization, and global best practice alignment
- Analyze gaps between local practices and target standards, propose pertinent adaptations where necessary, and integrate findings into global Core Model documentation
- Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on field feedback and contributing to knowledge dissemination across all regions
- Coordinate regional logistics leadership through structured exchanges to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with global priorities
- Facilitate key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring forums (monthly reviews), structure discussions around productivity and fill rate metrics, and pilot related action plans
- Analyze distribution center performance, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate best-practice sharing, and produce executive-level synthesis reports for steering committees
- Develop and distribute project communications at each phase and formalize operating procedures and supporting documentation for operational team deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in engineering or equivalent university qualification, preferably with logistics specialization
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in international environments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel including VBA programming, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP and WMS systems, ideally including Reflex Web and SAP
- Strong expertise in large-scale export logistics flows
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with formal documentation skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities

Experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience within an international environment, including demonstrated expertise in cross-functional coordination and transverse team leadership. Solid understanding of large-scale export logistics flows and supply chain operations is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in engineering or equivalent university qualification. Specialization in logistics is strongly preferred.
