Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics transformation projects from scoping through operational deployment, conducting business needs analysis, formalizing processes, and drafting functional specifications
  • Pilot user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, guide teams through adoption of new processes and systems, and ensure solution go-live management
  • Guarantee adherence to timelines, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation while directing project governance forums (COPROJ, COPIL)
  • Contribute to Core Model Logistics definition, evolution, and deployment across central and regional distribution centres, ensuring process and tool coherence internationally
  • Analyze gaps between local practices and target standards, propose relevant adaptations, and ensure formalization and integration into the Core Model
  • Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on field feedback and participating in enrichment and dissemination of standards globally
  • Coordinate regional engagement with local logistics management to track project progress and ensure alignment with global priorities
  • Facilitate monthly performance reviews, structure discussions around key indicators (productivity, fill rate), and pilot action plans with local teams
  • Analyze distribution centre performance, identify improvement opportunities, contribute to best practice sharing, and produce decision-oriented reports for steering committees
  • Prepare and distribute project communications to teams at each stage
  • Formalize operational manuals and support materials and deploy them to teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent university qualification, ideally with logistics specialization
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an international environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA programming) and Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems, ideally Reflex Web and SAP
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder animation
  • Fluent in business English (written and oral)
  • Bilingual English capability
