Logistics Project Manager role at Christian Dior Couture in Paris. Lead international supply chain transformation initiatives and manage distribution center optimization projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot international logistics transformation projects from scoping through operational deployment, ensuring stakeholder needs analysis, process formalization, and functional specification documentation
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, support teams in adopting new processes and systems, and ensure production readiness of solutions
- Guarantee adherence to project timelines, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation while chairing project governance forums (COPROJ, COPIL)
- Contribute to the definition, evolution, and deployment of the Logistics Core Model across central and regional distribution centers, ensuring process, tool, and practice alignment globally
- Analyze gaps between local practices and target standards, propose relevant adaptations, and formalize their integration into the Core Model
- Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on field feedback and enriching standardization across the organization
- Coordinate regional animation by conducting regular exchanges with local logistics leadership to track project progress and ensure global priority alignment
- Chair dedicated governance meetings, structure discussions around key performance indicators (productivity, fill rate, etc.), and drive associated action plans in collaboration with local teams
- Analyze distribution center performance, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate best practice sharing, and produce decision-oriented syntheses for senior management
- Prepare and distribute project communications at each milestone to all stakeholders
- Develop and deploy operational procedures and training materials across teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent university degree, ideally with specialization in logistics
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an international environment
- Proven expertise in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination
- Strong knowledge of logistics flows in major export operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with VBA programming capability
- Proficiency with Power BI and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems (Reflex Web and SAP preferred)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with strong documentation capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Bilingual in English (written and spoken)
