Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and optimize all physical flows (reception, storage, preparation, shipment, returns) for B2B and e-commerce activities, ensuring adherence to service commitments and operational fluidity
  • Conduct daily load and capacity tracking with the 3PL provider, arbitrate operational priorities, and serve as the key operational interface with ADV, Transport, Customs, and internal functions
  • Monitor and analyze stock performance indicators (inventory cycles, shrinkage, discrepancies), identify root causes of variances, and drive corrective and preventive actions to align physical and systems inventory (WMS, WCS, SAP)
  • Establish, track, and analyze logistics performance indicators (safety, service, costs, execution quality), actively participate in continuous process improvement, and manage operational anomalies impacting customer satisfaction
  • Conduct quality audits on order preparation and package securing; implement quality action plans and process enhancements
  • Supervise WMS parameterization by the 3PL and propose optimizations; contribute to effective coordination of logistics information systems and provide the 3PL with necessary BI tools for activity management

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or 3PL management, preferably in B2B and e-commerce environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency with WMS/WCS systems and knowledge of ERP platforms, ideally SAP
  • Proven track record in site launch, logistics transformation, or activity scale-up initiatives
  • Demonstrated operational rigor, analytical capability, and results orientation
