Role & Responsibilities

  • Map and categorise intracompany logistical operations (transfers, moves, shuttles) and capture internal client requirements.
  • Collect, clean and analyse operational data on volumes, categories and destinations to monitor current logistics flows.
  • Conduct needs assessments with internal stakeholders to identify service requirements and operational pain points.
  • Perform field audits and develop data-driven proposals to optimise storage, transfers and handling processes.
  • Design action plans to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs of daily logistics services (shuttles, dedicated vehicles, handling).
  • Potentially coordinate or supervise an on‑site transfer and handling service under team guidance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme specialising in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
  • Proven problem‑solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Good working knowledge of French and English.

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Academic projects, internships or coursework in supply chain or logistics are advantageous.
