Role & Responsibilities
- Map and categorise intracompany logistical operations (transfers, moves, shuttles) and capture internal client requirements.
- Collect, clean and analyse operational data on volumes, categories and destinations to monitor current logistics flows.
- Conduct needs assessments with internal stakeholders to identify service requirements and operational pain points.
- Perform field audits and develop data-driven proposals to optimise storage, transfers and handling processes.
- Design action plans to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs of daily logistics services (shuttles, dedicated vehicles, handling).
- Potentially coordinate or supervise an on‑site transfer and handling service under team guidance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme specialising in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
- Proven problem‑solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Good working knowledge of French and English.

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Academic projects, internships or coursework in supply chain or logistics are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a university-level programme (Bachelor's or Master's) with a specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
