Christian Dior Couture is recruiting a Logistics Intern in Sydney, Australia. Support luxury retail supply chain operations across ANZ region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for third-party reverse logistics vendor, monitoring adherence to service level agreements and performance metrics
- Support warehouse operations monitoring including receiving, storage, picking, packing, reticketing, and dispatch documentation
- Track end-to-end logistics processes from inbound shipments through boutique deliveries and outbound re-exports
- Assist in CITES applications and documentation coordination to ensure regulatory compliance prior to shipment
- Monitor inventory movements and support stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy across locations
- Support logistics coordination for boutique set-ups, product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to boutiques across Australia and New Zealand
- Address logistics-related queries and issues from boutique managers and teams
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance including delivery times and inventory accuracy
- Assist in data collation for costing, budgeting, and forecasting logistics operations
- Support development and updates to standard operating procedures and logistics manuals
Qualifications
- Currently studying towards or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong foundational understanding of logistics principles and supply chain management
- Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated consistency and accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Skills
Experience
Recent graduate or final-year student with foundational knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles; experience in retail or luxury goods sector is desirable but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (completed or in progress).
