Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating timely and efficient replenishment of stock to retail locations across Australia and New Zealand
- Monitor stock levels at retail locations and identify replenishment needs
- Prepare and process internal transfer requests
- Assist with coordinating internal shipments between offices, stores, and other locations
- Prepare shipping documentation for internal transfers
- Track internal shipments and resolve issues that arise
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels and identifying discrepancies
- Reconcile inventory records related to internal transfers
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics team
- Support ad-hoc projects and gain exposure to the full spectrum of local logistics operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field at an Australian or New Zealand university
- Strong academic record
- Basic understanding of logistics principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
