Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the target Core Model logistics framework to optimize flows and processes at central logistics sites, driving continuous improvement
- Propose process and tool improvements to enhance operational performance and supply chain efficiency
- Formalize operational procedures and accompanying documentation to ensure methodology standardization
- Measure and report on results from implemented improvement actions
- Coordinate and oversee various central logistics projects, establishing and monitoring project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery
- Compile and disseminate project information, prepare progress reports, and escalate risks or incidents as necessary
- Contribute to analysis, continuous enhancement, and deployment of Core Model logistics tools including WMS and ERP systems
- Participate in team communications regarding project updates and organizational changes
- Prepare logistics directorate reports and maintain rigorous project management documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent university qualification, preferably with specialization in logistics
- Prior internship or practical experience in logistics or production operations
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of large-scale export logistics flows (preferred)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with demonstrated ability to formalize complex information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with keen observational and adaptive skills
- Disciplined, organized, and agile mindset with flexibility to support team priorities
