Role & Responsibilities
- Map and analyse existing logistics and store processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Apply Lean Management principles to optimise material and information flows, reduce waste and increase operational performance.
- Design, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer the logistics service towards strategic objectives.
- Support non-conformity management and prepare the service for internal and external audits, strengthening reliability and compliance.
- Lead a strategic operational project to optimise logistic flows onsite, deliver measurable waste reduction and raise overall service performance.
- Contribute to change management activities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (procurement, production, operations) to ensure solution adoption.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (master's-level) programme in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical rigour and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to formalise practical solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork; comfortable collaborating with diverse operational stakeholders.
- Field-oriented and results-driven, with an interest in industrial performance and shop-floor realities.
