Role & Responsibilities

• Manage order flow to boutiques: data entry and ERP control, KPI dashboard creation and maintenance, problem analysis and continuous improvement proposals
• Execute buy-back (repurchase) follow-up for jewelry and watches: track market returns globally, verify proformas and transfer documentation, manage logistics disputes and EXCN issuance
• Monitor transportation execution and shipping status to zones; provide advance alerts to distribution partners
• Support cross-functional projects including LVMH Happening annual sales execution, inventory file integration into ERP systems, and coordination with marketing and finance teams
• Participate in rolling inventory counts, reconciliation of physical counts with ERP data, and database updates for boutique systems (M3, SAP, USR verification)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in Commerce, University program, or specialized logistics and supply chain training
• First practical experience in logistics or sales administration within industrial or retail environments
• Proficiency with information systems and data manipulation tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as M3 or SAP is advantageous
• Fluent spoken and written English in a professional business context
