Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Logistics and Sales Administration team in global distribution activities, ensuring timely product availability in Christian Dior Couture boutiques.
- Manage order flow to stores, including data entry and ERP updates, and maintain tracking tables and KPIs.
- Participate in problem analysis and propose continuous improvement solutions.
- Assist in the development and optimization of internal processes.
- Monitor transport flows to various regions and provide pre-alerts.
- Oversee the execution of buybacks for jewelry and watches, ensuring compliance and managing logistical disputes.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including annual sales events and inventory management.
- Update and verify database information for boutiques using M3 and SAP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or University specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain (BAC+3/4).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a professional context.
- Previous experience in logistics or sales administration within an industrial or retail environment.
