Legal intern opportunity at Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly sur Seine. Support contracts, distribution, and competition law teams (Jan–Jun 2027).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse and draft contracts and amendments in English and French, including confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, service agreements, general terms of purchase, distribution agreements, and general terms of sale
  • Prepare legal analyses, recommendations, and business law memoranda supporting French and international operational teams in contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer protection
  • Support the legal monitoring of insolvency proceedings affecting French distributors, in collaboration with operational teams and external counsel
  • Assist in combating parallel markets by supporting actions to preserve selective distribution networks and protect the Parfums Christian Dior luxury brand image
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal notes, and maintain legal watch on legislative and jurisprudential developments impacting Parfums Christian Dior's activities

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a third-cycle business law programme
  • Strong command of contract law and economic law
  • Significant prior internship or apprenticeship experience (1–2 years) in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably in contract law, distribution law, or competition law
  • Double degree from an English-speaking jurisdiction and/or specialised Master's and/or law school training highly valued
  • Mastery of written and spoken English (essential)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal databases
  • Demonstrated rigour and advanced analytical capability with strong synthesis skills

Experience
