Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with legal support for various projects across different languages and locations, including events, service provision, logistics, transport distribution, consumer affairs, purchasing, and sales.
  • Draft, adapt, and disseminate legal documentation such as general terms and conditions, standard contracts, and ad-hoc agreements.
  • Handle compliance matters for the EMEA region.
  • Manage and monitor pre-litigation or litigation cases related to commercial or consumer law.
  • Provide daily legal advice and support to operational teams in areas such as consumer law, distribution, and competition.
  • Conduct regulatory monitoring and compliance oversight for the EMEA region.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law, or European Business Law, preferably with CRFPA certification.

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases. Attributes of responsiveness, rigor, curiosity, agility, and teamwork. Respect for confidentiality in all assigned tasks.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in legal affairs.

Education

Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
