Role & Responsibilities
- Master hand-cutting and die-cutting techniques for leather materials in laboratory settings
- Prepare, cut, and assemble leather hides using both manual and mechanical methods
- Execute detailed bench work including colouring, gluing, and assembly of metal hardware components such as clasps and closures
- Collaborate closely with the pattern-making and leather-cutting departments during prototype and production phases
- Participate in 400-hour practicum at manufacturing facilities of partner LVMH maisons to apply theoretical knowledge in commercial production environments
- Maintain precision and attention to detail across all stages of leather goods fabrication
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years
- Completed lower secondary education (diploma di scuola secondaria di primo ciclo) or equivalent, or three years documented professional experience in the leather goods sector
- Residency or domicile in a municipality of Tuscany region
- Demonstrated manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail
- Capacity for patient, methodical work in a craft environment
