Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned material category
- Negotiate framework contracts, pricing, and commercial conditions with suppliers
- Assess and monitor supplier production capabilities and quality performance
- Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements
- Collaborate with Product Development, Planning, Compliance, and Quality teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks
- Conduct comprehensive supplier performance reviews in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and cross-functional departments
- Manage purchasing of materials for new collections
- Ensure optimal supplier capacity management to prevent overloading or underutilization
- Align suppliers with brand objectives for quality, sustainability, and innovation
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally within fashion or luxury sectors
- Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned material category
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or equivalent analytical tools
- English language proficiency at B2 level minimum; French language skills preferred

Experience
5+ years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector. Proven track record in supplier relationship management, category management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Education
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 55,000 per annum.
