Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and monitoring of leather goods collections from concept through production
- Coordinate activities between design, product development, merchandising and production teams
- Follow up on prototypes, samples and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Verify adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines at each stage
- Prepare and maintain product specification sheets, technical documentation and tracking reports
- Assist with inventory tracking and material management
- Organize meetings and prepare presentations for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Leather Goods, Product Development or related discipline
- Entry-level; previous internships or experience in leather goods, luxury or fashion preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Keen attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
- Proficient in Photoshop; familiarity with leather materials and production processes is an asset
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
