Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and commercial performance of the leather goods department
- Develop and nurture a demanding local and international client base
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities including iconic pieces, new launches, and limited editions
- Deliver personalized, emotionally engaging, and loyalty-driven customer experiences
- Embody deep product expertise across materials, craftsmanship, collections, and brand storytelling
- Serve as a styling and cross-selling authority, guiding clients toward complete outfits and product combinations
- Continuously elevate in-store service excellence standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including revenue, conversion rates, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Deploy concrete, tailored action plans to optimize departmental performance
- Ensure optimized inventory management and best-seller tracking
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales advisors
- Foster daily performance engagement through briefings, objective-setting, and challenges
- Identify emerging talent and support their career progression within the House
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation standards
- Organize and coordinate department operations including inventory, zoning, and scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to Dior procedures and operational standards
- Communicate strategic direction from store leadership to team members
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture and collective high-performance dynamics

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed management experience in luxury retail
- Strong product sensitivity, ideally in leather goods or accessories categories
- Excellent understanding of commercial objectives and performance metrics
